Braskem case, soil subsidence in Maceió, stakeholder analysis, Advocacy Coalition Framework
The aim of this study is to investigate the involvement of stakeholders in the Braskem case regarding soil subsidence in the municipality of Maceió, Alagoas. To achieve this goal, we propose conducting a descriptive qualitative research, using an instrumental case study approach. Data will be collected in two stages. First, through documentary research, including stenographic notes retrieved from the Federal Senate website within the scope of the Braskem CPI. In the second stage, interviews conducted as part of the project "Quali-Quantitative Analysis of Incidents caused by the Braskem mining company in Maceió, Alagoas, from the perspective of Sustainability in its Economic, Social, and Environmental dimensions" will be used. Data will be analyzed through content analysis following Bardin (1977). Finally, three stakeholder analysis models and the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF) will be used as theoretical lenses for analysis and discussion.
