AREA: Administração
SUMMARY:

The way value is created and shared through the economy sectors is changing, much due to the disruptive changes that are seen in a global scale, such as rapid urbanization, technological advance, among others. These changes impact various sectors, such the hospitality and tourism sector and of others organizations with a focus on leisure, such as the clubs. A way to analyze how these clubs can continue to create value to their partners and associates, and to keep their tradition alive is through the lens of value cocreation, first coined by Vargo and Lusch (2004) that has been developed and has found prominence in the field of Marketing. The goal of this research is to investigate the value cocreation in the club context, and if there is an service ecosystem among the clubs of Distrito Federal. This research has a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory character, and will conduct semi structured interviews with its own script, created on what was appointed by Barile, Lusch, Reynoso, Saviano and Spohrer (2016) as levels of research in service, evolving from service systems, to networked service systems to, finaly, service ecosystems. The research will also employ a non-participant observation by the author, which finds himself involved in this club context.
